Driving Creative Strategies for Content, Design, and Exceptional User Experiences

My Leadership Style

None of the work in this portfolio happened in isolation. One belief that has shaped how I lead is simple: none of us is as smart as all of us. The most meaningful progress I’ve seen comes from teams built on trust, honesty, and a shared commitment to growth. Creating that kind of environment has been one of the most important and rewarding parts of my role.

For me, leadership isn’t about being in charge. It’s about taking care of the people in your charge. That means genuinely caring about the people behind the work, creating space for honest conversations, and helping others succeed and realize their potential. When people feel supported, challenged, and trusted, the quality of the work naturally rises with them.

Leading with Care, Trust, and Intention

Building a team means being intentional about connection, trust, and belonging, especially with people spread across multiple states and time zones. Bringing the team together in person matters. We use that time to align on vision, celebrate wins, talk openly about challenges, and share where we wanted to grow together. But in person is only one part of a broader effort to build real alignment and relationships.

Every week, I make space for regular, non-work weekly hangouts. These aren’t about status updates or deliverables, but about creating room for real conversations and relationships. Over time, these moments help turn a distributed group into a team that genuinely cares about one another and enjoys working together.

I’m deeply grateful for the leaders and teammates who have poured into me over the years and modeled what strong leadership looks like. They’ve reinforced the importance of fighting for creativity, embracing transparency, and continuing to grow, both individually and together.
