About Me

I’m a brand and creative leader who loves solving big, messy challenges with smart strategy, strong design, and a little humor along the way. At CSI, I lead an in-house team responsible for shaping how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, from national ad campaigns and content strategy to UX, video, events, and design systems.

Under my leadership, the team has led a full brand refresh, rebuilt our website from the ground up, modernized how CSI shows up at events and online, and driven meaningful improvements in SEO, lead generation, and overall brand consistency. We’re also the team behind the scenes for everything from trade show booths and executive presentations to podcast production and video content. We move fast, collaborate closely, and hold ourselves to high standards.

More recently, I’ve been working closely on initiatives tied to acquisitions, brand architecture, and customer experiences, helping ensure the brand stays aligned with business goals even as things evolve. I care deeply about both the work and the people doing it, and I’m especially passionate about building teams rooted in trust, growth, and creative momentum.

Beyond the Work

Outside of work, my faith and my family play a huge role in who I am. Alongside my wife, Barbara, I’ve led our family on multiple mission trips to Colombia, including extended stays partnering with local leaders and organizations focused on outreach, children’s ministry, and community engagement. These trips have made a huge impact on all of us and are an important part of how we teach our kids about empathy, humility, and showing up for others at home and abroad.
